Pet Specialist Assistant:

Provides excellent customer service and performs sales. Assists in maintaining appearance of store. Interacts with customers. Follows a range of policies. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Operations Assistant:

Assists Owner with a wide variety of operational responsibilities, including scheduling, payroll and other accounting related tasks, including, but not limited to, acting as a liaison with vendors and manufacturers to settle delivery/credit issues, and assisting with database management. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Stock Clerk:

Restocks shelves in store. Assists in maintaining appearance of store. Performs inventory duties and receives merchandise, as needed. Organizes stockroom. Follows a range of policies.
